40 years of Recco

 

Magnus Granhed from Sweden founded Recco 40 years ago. After he and his friend were swept away by an avalanche, he wanted to invent a system that could find people. Air Zermatt played a key role in developing the technology. Today, Recco is used to find missing people more quickly in the snow, in the mountains or in forests.
