Off-field landings and transport flights must be carried out in accordance with the Foreign Landing Ordinance (AuLaV). Mandated by the Swiss Federal Council, based on Article 8 paragraphs 2 and 6 of the Aviation Act of 21 December 1948 (1) (LFG) and Article 112 paragraph 4 of the Federal Supreme Court Act of 17 June 2005 (2), Ordinance on Departures and Landings by Aircraft Outside of Airfields.
