Conditions de participation

Entry to this contest organized by Air Zermatt AG is open to anyone with domicile in Switzerland. Aged 18 or over at the start oft he contest, with the exception of employees from Air Zermatt AG (and their families) who are not allowed to participate. Each participant may participate only once. Automated or repetitive entires are not allowed. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this contest. The data you will provide will only be used excluseively fort he purpose of the contest and will be deleted thereafter. Legal recourse is excluded. Among the participants, Air Zermatt AG will randomly select 1 winner. The Winner will be notified per e-mail or telephone within 5 days of selection. If the winner cannot be reached or deos not reply within 1 week oft he prize notification, the prize will be assumed to have been forfeited and will be awarded to another contestant. No cash alternatives or alternative prizes are available. Any taxes that may be levied on the winner shall be exclusively borne by the winner. Closing date will be indicated on the entry form. The rules are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to any conflict of law rules. In the event of any disputes, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the cours of Visp, Valais, Switzerland.
