Winter Opening Day Zermatt
Winter is just around the corner and the final preparations for the winter season are in full swing. Zermatt Tourism was live in the destination on the road and also stopped by the heliport Zermatt.
With the digital live Winter Opening Day, Zermatt Tourism has opened the winter season 2021/22 together with guests and fans from all over the world - according to the motto "Home of Winter". The crew of Zermatt Tourism wanted to learn more about avalanche safety from pilot Daniel Riesen. Also present was a blaster from Zermatt Bergbahnen AG, who is responsible for the control flights for avalanche safety in the ski area. Read more about Winter Opening Day here. (in German only)
