HELICOPTER – DISPATCHER (80%–100%)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a in Zermatt and Raron to start immediately or by agreement:

Helicopter Dispatcher 80% - 100%

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You’ll work on the front lines—providing daily customer service
• Receiving customer orders
• Planning and organizing tourist and commercial flights
• Assisting with fleet deployment and flight planning, as well as coordinating helicopters
• Invoicing flight operations and performing other administrative tasks

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed vocational apprenticeship with EFZ, preferably in a business-related field, or equivalent continuing education is a plus
• Open, friendly, and communicative personality
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Sense of responsibility and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and flexibility
• Ability to set priorities
• Familiarity with the Upper Valais region
• Native German speaker with good oral and written skills in English and French
• Willingness to work irregular hours and on weekends
